Tri-Clamp adaptersare components used to link Tri-Clamp fittings to other kinds of fittings or piping systems. They usually have a Tri-Clamp ferrule at one end, delivering a sanitary, secure connection, and a different fitting at the other end, such as threaded, barbed, or flanged connections. These adapters are essential in industries that demand hygienic and leak-proof connections, such as food and beverage processing, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. They allow for simple installation, disassembly, and upkeep of sanitary piping systems.

We provide these Tri-Clamp Adapters in accordance with DIN, ISO, JIS or ANSI Standard.
Tri-Clamp Adapters find use across an enormous range of sectors, led chiefly by the aerospace, railway, construction and automotive industries, along with petrochemical, nuclear, medical, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Nuclear, Thermal Power plants, Paper and Pulp, marine and mining, etc.
Tri-Clamp adapters, usually constructed from stainless steel or similar corrosion-resistant materials, tend to withstand galvanic corrosion well because of their uniform composition. That said, when connected to different metals within the piping system—particularly in settings containing electrolytes such as water—galvanic corrosion may develop over time. Selecting adapters made from compatible materials along with adequate insulation or dielectric unions can effectively reduce this risk.
